Paradigm Shift is F Project’s debut album.  It is 7 songs that tell a story of loss, hope and the search of balance. 
Collaborators on the album are 

• Robert Pallen on Bass guitar (Rainwater Whiskey, Angelica, Cynical Limit). Robert has been a key element in this project and is one of the reasons it was possible to complete. 
• Tony Franklin on fretless bass (Whitesnake, The Firm, Jimmy Page, John Sykes, David Gilmour, Kate Bush, Kenny Wayne Shepherd), Tony played the fretless bass on Gone.
• Philip Bynoe on 5 string bass (Steve Vai, Slash, Tonight Show Band, Tony MacAlpine) on the track Orenda
• Johnny Maz on keyboards (Huis, Sypral Jones) on Moment of Truth and Depths, 
• Al Dover on Drums. Allan helped with the drums on Beginning.
